Haiti

Progressio's (known at that time as CIIR) skillshare arm opened an office in Haiti in 1994 and until 2001 prioritised work with partners in sustainable agriculture, primary health care and support for women's organisations.

We closed the Port-au-Prince office in June 2001 and currently have no development workers in Haiti. However, we remain in contact with partners from London and our office in the Dominican Republic, from where we are working to support the rights of Haitians who live and work in the Dominican Republic.
